Your 7-day trial gives you full access to your selected plan. After the trial ends, you'll automatically move to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe. No credit card required to start.

What are platform fees?

Platform fees are a small percentage applied to each donation processed through ImpactIQ. The Free plan has a 7% fee, while Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans enjoy a reduced 3% fee. Stripe's standard 2.9% processing fee applies to all plans.

What are Impact IDs?

Impact IDs let your customers track the exact impact they created when supporting your business. Every tree planted, pound of plastic removed, or meal delivered is uniquely verified and trackable. Customers receive project updates via email and can register to follow their personal environmental impact through a co-branded journey. With 60% open rates and 10% click-through rates, Impact IDs turn transparency into a powerful marketing tool.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade anytime and we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What does the onboarding support include?
